Côte-Rôtie Domaine de Pierre Blanche 2012
This robust deep red wine made predominantly from Syrah has lovely aromas of raspberry, ripe blackberries, spices, hints of violets, followed by fine soft dark fruit flavours and a long finish.A stirring combination of meat flavours (bacon) and floral. Strange but true....probably not for Vegans!
