An absolutely delightful Rioja!

Our Opinion A traditional rioja, with not too much oak and great with a meal.

Tasting Notes Cherry red colour, the nose is livey, fresh with floral notes. In the mouth there are well integrated red fruit flavours, with a lovely long finish and elegant tannins.

Method of Production The grapes are harvested and de-stemmed after which they undergo a cold pre-maceration. Malolactic fermentation takes place in cement tanks, with alcoholic fermentation at temperatures no higher than 28ºC. The wine is aged for 3 months in oak.
