Wine Maker
Method of Production A blend of smooth Irish whiskey and cream. Cream comes from Avonmore Waterford Plc, 70 miles outside Dublin. Cream is delivered daily and blended on that day. The cream is kept at 4°C to prevent spoilage before blending with preserving whiskey. A little vanilla and chocolate are used in the blend. Sugar for sweetening is from sugarbeet grown and processed in Ireland. Baileys use 4 million litres of cream a year, 4.3% of Ireland's milk production.
