This refreshing rose is taken from the best South Australia, has to offer. Great with food as well as an aperitif.

Our Opinion This is an elegant and delicate, fruit forward rosé. Great Value and delicious!

Tasting Notes Light strawberry red in colour with a delicate, fruit-driven nose with notes of strawberries, cranberries and toffee. Flavours of strawberries toffee apple give way to a forest berries finish and are balanced by a gentle acidity.

Method of Production The grapes were picked, gently crushed, de-stemmed, then chilled to 10 degrees. The wine was allowed to macerate on skins for 36 hours, after which it was cold fermented for 72 hours. The wine was then pressed off its skins, and fermentated for a furhter three weeks.
