Our Opinion The second Organic Bruichladdich release of the first Organic Islay single malt scotch whisky. Matured in fresh bourbon casks and limited to 15,000 numbered bottles.

Tasting Notes Malted barley, fresh green fruity notes, barley water, lemon juice, meringue, pineapple, toasted rye bread, creamy buttery popcorn.

Wine Maker

Method of Production Islay grown organic barley only, gound in an original Boby Mill, mashed in our cast iron mash tun with no lid, fermented in wooden washbacks and distilled in original design tall, slim necked Victorian Stills. All Bruichladdich is matured in warehouses at Bruichladdich next to the sea and uniquely bottled at the distillery in the bottling hall.
