A delicious and refreshing Chilean Sauvignon from Geo Wines in Casablanca valley.

Our Opinion Álvaro Espinoza, who won 'Wine Personality of the Year' in 2007, is one of Chile's best wine makers. He pioneers organic and Biodynamic viticulture in Chile, and this is a great wine to try.

Tasting Notes Very fruity nose with notes of citrus and grapefruit. In the mouth there is a fresh acidity and ripe notes of passion fruit and tangerines. A long and mouth filling finish.

Wine Maker Geo Wines

Method of Production Grapes were hand picked in early morning and the best fruit was them hand selected. The grapes were cold macerated at 7° celsius for 12 hours. Fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks at 12° to 16° celsius for between 30 and 35 days.
