Tasting Notes Aromas of ripe peach and dried apricot are followed by a mouthful of rich honeyed fruit.

Method of Production The grapes are picked at the end of May and are destemmed, crushed and fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks. After fermentation, the wine is left to mature in tank for 24 to 30 months.
