Wine Maker
Method of Production The base wines for Courvoisier come from both the Fins Bois and the Petite Champagne areas of Cognac. Distillation takes place in Charentais pot stills. Barrell maturation follows and the Cognac is aged in oak barrels, The blend is a combination of brandy aged between 4 and 7 years, with both fruitiness and depth.
