Our Opinion Dalwhinnie has a little bit of everything, peat, honey and backbone. A classic malt for everyone.

Tasting Notes A wholemeal and honey quality to the nose and the odd smoky tangent. A sweet, fruity core and a long round finish.

Method of Production Some of Dalwhinnie's complexity is from the water, sourced from Allt an t'Sluie Burn, some is from the traditional worms and the two stills and the altitude and weather must also play their part. The young spirit is aged in Ex-Bourbon casks for 15 years before bottling.
