A gorgeous peach and red fruited Champagne without the addition of sulphur.

Our Opinion The history of the buildings inhabited by the Drappier family dates back to the C12th, when St Bernard of Clairvaux abbey built an annexe in Urville. The vineyard surounds the Cistercian cellars, and is cultivated in as natural a manner as possible. This produces grapes which are rich in complex aromas and make Champagne of great character.

Tasting Notes Ruby gold in colour and with a lively mousse, Drappier Brut Natural Sans Soufre, has a nose full of freshly pressed black grapes. Aromas of citrus and red fruits dominate. The palate is full of peach flavours and is lively without dryness and has a lively and persistent finish.

Wine Maker

Method of Production Drappier Brut Nature is made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes and 100% of the juice is from the first pressing. There is no added dosage, and only natural residual sugar - 2 grammes/bottle. There is an absolute minimal quantity of sulphur.
