Our Opinion This really is a wonderful Champagne, from a very well respected Champagne House.

Tasting Notes The Champagne is a rich gold in colour with aromas of sweet briar leading to white peaches with spicy notes. The palate is powerful and complex and is dominated by ripe fruits, peaches apricots and red berries. The natural freshness of the Champagne is only slightly clothed by a discreet dosage, ensuring a finish of great length.

Method of Production Traditional Champagne method. The Drappier family cultivate their vineyards as naturally as possible, thus creating grapes rich in complex aromas which in turn make Champagne of great character.
