Tasting Notes Quattour Blanc is luminous and transparant, and is light gold in colour with a very fine mousse. It is both rich and complex. It is full of floral aromas with vegetable hints which give way quickly to flavours of pear, vanilly and liquorice in the mouth. Elegant with a persistent finish.

Method of Production Quattour Blanc is a blanc de blancs Champagne made from 100% Chardonnay grapes, although occasionally a touch of Pinot Blanc is added to provide additional complexity and roundness. Only the juice from the first pressing is used.
