Our Opinion The traditional and non interventional methods practised at Drappier have contributed to the intense and yet subtle nature of this Rosé.

Tasting Notes The bouquet is intense with flavours of red berries, strawberries and peaches which carry through to the palate. Lingering in the mouth, with a fine delicate mousse.

Wine Maker Michel Drappier

Method of Production The grapes are grown in the Val des Demoiselles vineyard, which is planted with Pinot Noir. The vinification is traditional Méthode Champenoise with maceration which lends the Champagne its intense berry fruit. Michel Drappier believes in minimal intervention in the wine making process with gentle gravitational movement of grapes must and wines. This permits a low sulphur regime and a controlled oxidation of the musts, and provides Drappier with its unique character.
