Our Opinion 'The Edinburgh Malt,' as it is known, is soft and rich and has international acclaim.
Tasting Notes It is pale gold in colour with aromas of vanilla, cut flowers and clean, toasty notes on the nose, and citrus hints. It is Light bodied and smooth. In the mouth it is sweet and soft to start, becoming flowery with a crisp mid palate. Herbal and drying on the finish.
