Our Opinion This is the only Malt coming from Jura, and it is smooth and only lightly smokey. Very approachable in style and suits most palates.

Wine Maker

Method of Production The water for Isle of Jura comes from the not so peaty loch of Loch A'Bhaile, and only lightly peated malt is used. Fermentation coours in stainless steel washback, and the wash in then twice distilled in pot stills. The Whisky is then placed in American oak and Sherry casks to mature. This adds weight and depth to the final Whisky.
