A traditionally made Amontillado Sherry, bursting with flavour.
Our Opinion Amontillado sherry comes in two styles - the traditional fino-style one which is dry with nutty flavours, as above, and then the mass produced medium sweet style, which is most people's idea of Amontillado.
Tasting Notes Aromas of smoke, toffee and orange flowers on the nose, and a smooth, medium-bodied palate, with flavours of toffee and nuts. A dry and rounded finish.

Method of Production This is Amontillado in the style of a Fino Sherry. A gentle oxidation during the winemaking proess has added richer toffee-nut flavours to the crisp style of Fino.
