Method of Production Basically a mix of lemon peel, alcohol, sugar and water, good limoncello relies on working with superior ingredients. The lemons are sourced locally in the Bay of Islands from Kerifresh, New Zealand's largest lemon exporter. The seven column system used for distillation produces a very smooth spirit. The very thin yellow peel is infused in the alcohol until the peel becomes a brittle white, having imparted all of its lemon oils to the spirit. This lemon spirit is then blended with the sugar syrup and spring water and bottled on site

Food Choice Serve ice cold, straight from the freezer, either straight of with the addition of a dash of soda water. Also good in cocktails.
