Our Opinion A great rose for outdoor drinking. Most of the Pinot fruit came from the Matahiwi vineyard, with 18% Merlot bought in from other vineyards. Gorgeous.

Tasting Notes Delicate traces of cherries and blackcurrants on the nose with a smooth palate with red berry flavours.

Wine Maker

Method of Production Eight batches of fruit were picked and vinified separately. The fruit was then cooled to 10°C and crushed then cold soaked for between one and four days, intensifying the fruit aromas. The juice was then run off and pressed to tank, where it was settled and then racked for cold fermentation. Once completed, the batches were blended and bottled.
