Tasting Notes Sweet and peaty on the nose with notes of heather, which carry on to the palate. There is a hint of creaminess.

Method of Production The water for this Whisky comes from Loch Gleann a B'hearraidh. It is very fresh, with a hint of peat, is heated and mixed with ground and malted barley. This is fermented producing a rough beer, which is then distilled twice. The resultant spirit is placed into old Bourbon casks and matured for 14 years, during which time the whisky softens and mellows.
