Method of Production Distilled by hand on a 300ltr copper pot still, the English barley spirit is heated gently, and, benefiting from the copper, it becomes purer and more rounded the longer the spirit remains in the still. The vapour then passes through the column still being re-distilled on five different plates before turning into the vodka. The heads and tails are removed from the yield leaving the buttery notes of the heart cut for the barley Vodka.
