Method of Production The spirit is triple distilled to produce a smooth and very pure vodka and it is then charcoal filtered to remove impurities. Only the finest hardwood charcoal from sustainable forestry is used. After filtration, the vodka is kept in stainless steel tanks in order to preserve the neutral flavours of the vodka. Before bottling the spirit is diluted with pure water to 37.5% alcohol and some glycerine added to give body.
