Our Opinion This is a rare and unusual Whisky, and well worth putting in the cellar.
Tasting Notes Amber in colour with aromas of dried fruits and a touch of smoke and vanilla on the nose/ In the mouth the Whisky is well balanced with a rich and creamy palate, and a touch of iodine.

Method of Production This really is traditional single Malt in that the malt used is dried over a peat fire, and the spirit is then double distilled in the traditional way. The Whisky is left to mature in old Bourbon and Sherry casks, which impart both sweetness and spice to the flavour.
