Method of Production Pure grain spirit at 96% alcohol was rectified in pot stills with botanicals flavourings. Spirit and botanicals boiled, aromas and flavours infusing in spirit vapours and condensing to form gin. The blend and quality of botanicals form the gin's style. Tanqueray use aged botanicals, maturing juniper berries for 2 years before use. Wild Tuscan juniper berries are used with coriander, angelica root, cassia bark, cinnamon, lemon and orange peel and liquorice.
