Wine Maker
Method of Production The grapes were picked and fermented for 36 hours in warm temperatures. This allows a good extraction of fruit and colour. The addition of some spirit brought fermentation to an end, leaving sugar in the wine, and making it sweet. The wine is then matured in barrels and bottled.
