Tasting Notes This is a fresh and appealing wine with a fragrant nose of fresh rose petals and a strawberry tones. Delicately flavoured with a balanced finish. serve lightly chilled.

Wine Maker Hugh Crichton

Method of Production Harvested at full ripeness, the grapes were crushed into a red fermentor. Cold maceration followed and the wine was then pressed. The pink juice was clarified then racked off solids. The cool fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks. The wine was allowed to settle before filtration and bottling. May contain traces of milk, fish and/or egg products.
