Domaine de Beaumont - Mathieu Cosme
Mathieu Cosme has taken over Beaumont estate in 2005. Before this, Mathieu had been working at Huet estate in Vouvray. The estate is in conversion towards organic farming. The soils are traditionally ploughed with a horse. No weed-killers are used. The vineyard is planted with Chenin only.
