"Les Caves de Seyssel" was founded in 1930, a time of recognition and delimitation of the area of Controlled Designation of Origin. Taken over in 1988 by Gérard Lambert and his wife, this house then experienced a new boom, combining tradition and modernism and aiming to produce many of their wines organically.
