A crisp and zesty Champagne from small grower Tarlant. Made using 51%  Pinot Noir, 34% Pinot Meunier & 15% Chardonnay, grown on a variety of soils (chalk, sandy soil & limestone) this is a rich & complex champagne and an excellent example of a top-quality NV cuvee from a quality producer which has benefitted from long ageing on its lees and then in bottle (bottled April 2016, disgorged Feb 1st 2021.)
