Vinification: produced in a steel tank, the wine is left to decant until early spring and finally bottled. Subsequently, it will be left in the bottle for another two months before distribution, so that it can best express the character of a unique vineyard.

Pairings: ideal for appetizers, soups, pasta, risotto and also combined with white, red meats and cheeses.
