Attractive pale purple in colour, the wine has a clear, vibrant hue and a floral nose which says violets, red fruits and vague hints of oak. On the palate the wine is typical Pinot: redcurrants and cherries with those typical mushroomy/earthy characteristics. A merest hint of oak completes the finish, which is smooth and harmonious. For a Pinot of this level it has quite a full texture (13% alcohol).
