A wine of character! Produced with respect for nature and tradition, Château la Perrière Blanc comes from vines planted in 2007 on the most calcareous soils on the northern slope of the property in order to preserve the freshness and minerality of the wines.

90% Sauvignon Blanc, 7% Sémillon and 3% Muscadelle.

All work is manual (stripping, green harvesting, harvesting). Pressing of whole bunches, vinification in barrels. Aging 10 months in barrels with stirring Alcohol: 14.5%
