Hurray...we are back!

With a few days before the office tasting and quiz, we are busily finalising all the wonderful wines and treats in anticipation of a more normal Christmas. Having not travelled up to London much over the last 18 months I cannot wait for the inevitable traffic jams that have now returned. 

We have done a lot of work on our wine list since we last met, and have made a conscious decision to find, import and sell many more organic wines. Chateau Coujan (Languedoc) and San Pietro (Piemonte) have featured for several years, and have now been joined by Albury Estate (Guildford), Bodegas Vinessens (Alicante), Domaine St Hilaire (Languedoc), Chateau Versannes (Bordeaux), Tres Lunas (Toro) and many more. Our conversations with customers is now a lot do do with the evils of too much sulphites in wine.
