‘Aux Damaudes’ is made from 60 year old Pinot Noir vines grown on a vineyard in Vosne-Romanee close to the Nuits-Saint-Georges vineyard ‘Les Damodes’. Domaine Bertrand Ambroise own 21 hectares of vines in the Cotes de Nuits and the Cotes de Beaune plus they purchase grapes from another 3 hectares. The vineyards received organic certification in 2013 and the grapes are hand harvested. The wines are neither fined nor filtered so present a full, complex texture and flavour in the glass.
