This top-quality wine is made from 70% Cabernet Sauvignon and 30% Merlot grapes, hand-picked from 30-35 year-old vines on some of their best parcels of land. This results in intense fruit flavours characteristic of these classic varieties but under the warm Languedoc climate they gain an extra touch of ripeness and sunshine.  Aged for 12-14 months in French oak barrels this beautifully made wine is ready to drink now but will continue to improve for many years to come.
