The Seguinot Bordet have been producing wines since 1590 made from grapes grown on their own vineyards in and near Maligny, north of the village itself. The Chardonnay grapes are fermented in a newly designed horizontal fermentation tank which results in a fuller flavour in the wines and a smoother, richer texture. These wines display a complexity and structure far beyond the level normal in Petit CHablis.
