Aromas of strawberries, red cherries, soft spice, touches of earthy savouriness and cedar float out of the glass to tempt the senses. Meanwhile, the palate is light to medium-bodied, with a nice spicy entry, gentle tannins, and a decent cherry and savoury-edged finish. Excellent with cured meats, or chicken liver pate.
